I am a US citizen moving back to the US with my husband and 2 children. My husband is the one who is immigrating - the kids and I are citizens. However, we've been told that we can't get insurance for 1 year. Does anyone know how to get insurance in this situation? Healthcare is so expensive in the US - what if we're in a car accident or something? I'd be afraid to take my family there if we weren't covered for insurance. A fried of mine is even an Allstate agent and she said that she couldn't find a carrier that would cover us. My husband will have a green card, social security number and permanent residence. Any advice from anyone on this subject would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

so this is my sisters curfew. when I was her age mine was 9 on a school night. I think my mom is really messing up with her (I mean she drove off with 3 boys and no other girls). besides this being unfair I also don't find it safe because she oten breaks curfew b/c my mom goes to bed at 10 so my sister can really come home whenever she wants. I think i just was way too good of a kid so my mom thinks my sister will be as good as me which is not the truth. sorry just had to get that off my chest!

Joe Namath seems to suffer from Ali disease- he becomes more overrated as time passes. He had a couple of good years and won a Super Bowl, but come on - many QB's who were better like Sonny Jurgensen don't get the credit that Broadway Joe got. Mickey Mantle was the original Broadway Joe, but his star seems to be falling even though he had the greatest combination of speed and power that we have ever seen. I don't understand it.

I don't remember the title, but I know tihs guy wrote (his brother may have illustrated) a few books starring himself and his brother as children. In the illustrations of himself and his brother, his brother has a moustache (as a kid). One specific book I remember had something to do with visiting either their uncle or grandpa's house, and they played make believe.

If it helps I last read this book in 1991 or 1992.

My son got one of his school's old pcs and when we brought it home and set it up, it kept asking for us to install the modem and it had a drop down list of different ones, we tried a few, but nothing worked. We had it connected to a dial up line, but we couldn't get on line. How can we get this pc to work? Is it possible that there's no dial modem installed in it? If there isn't, could we buy one? We aren't sure how old it is, probably 1998/99 Dell. Any suggestions?
