By short, I assume you mean under 6'0". The answer would have to be Doug Flutie. Doug Flutie has been successful at every stage of his football career. From college to CFL to the NFL, Doug Flutie has been and always will be a winner.

I'm a Vikings fan, and I believe it was Flutie and not Tarkenton. Tarkenton was 6'0, which is 1 or 2 inches below NFL average.

P.S. Nitro, at least you are not Hamilton Tigercats fan, those guys are Argonauts main rivals.

If you count Drew Brees as a short qb hes pretty good. I can't think of many others who really produced in the nfl.
