if you have nice rhymes, good flow and good manager/producers, then yes. it's really hard to make it big though. try joining freestyle battles to see where you are in rapping off the top of your head. it also shows how much fire you got in your system.
to some people below me - obviously don't understand rap music. rofl at girl who said every 2nd word is f*ck. ignorant people.

It can be. I have qualms with true hip-hop rappers. But remember, people will listen to what you say and it does make an impression. Don't be like a lot of rappers and be all negative. Its about more than money, I promise. A lot of big rappers will never be remembered because they didn't have a good message. Bone Thugs, 2Pac, Big Pun... they had a MESSAGE. And, you can see how they grew from being a ghetto thug to really wanting happiness.
