This is my latest idea on why we don't stand a chance against the theists.
Do we need 'leaders' to unite us?
We tend to be 'free-thinkers', so it would be ironic if we even had 'leaders', in my view.
What are your thoughts?
Please change my mind, I don't like this idea at all, but it makes sense to me.

I am looking at buying a old-school chopper (1969 BSA Thunderbolt). Just talked to guy about it. Said ti was designed as a bar-hopper / cruiser. Now, the only thing that is noticeably wrong is the head gasket is leaking. He says he just got it serviced (less then 200miles ago) and that he used a copper gasket. He mentioned retorqueing / tightening the head bolts. If it is just a leak at the head gasket is it a relatively easy fix it could this be a syumptom of a more serious problem?

If I can fix it with retorqueing or a new gasket and some high-temp sealant that would be great. I wouldn't mind a old-school bar-hopper.

My wife and i have 3 girls, Parker who is 4 and Taylor & Jordan who are 2ms. I am an only child and so was my father, leaving me to be the last male Rizzionni. I feel obligated as a father to have a son to carry on the name and my wife and i constantly get the comment, "So when are the two of you going to pop out a boy?" Like the three girls we have are nothing. We usually ignor eit, but has anyone else's husband or yourself go through something like this or get this comment? I would love to have a Vin Jr. running around the house but theres still always that chance we end up having a 4th girl...way too many females in my book.

In California the powerful Health Care Professionals Association (nurses) has endorsed a socialized medicine package making its way through our left minded legislation and probably to be vetoed by Arnold. They oppose Arnold's demand that State Universities and Colleges increase their programs to produce more health care professionals. People want jobs, these jobs pay good, and the schools that educate people to be nurses and health care workers are flooded and booked up. Their wages go up, up and up. A good solution is to increase the supply of these working professionals. Why should we let them stop us from increasing their numbers?

I say the prayer written in the bible, because it is unselfish and it is what God tells us to say. I know that the Bible doesn't have everything (all of the writings) because of it being destroyed by whites a long time ago, but I just wanted to know why is it that the churches I've gone to are EXTREMELY selfish in what they say and GOD is an UNSELFISH God. At least the God I worship. I don't classify myself as Christian because I try to follow the teachings of all Biblical books inspired by GOD (mostly all are same anyway). Just wanted to know why people say "MY GOD" instead of "OUR GOD" or "Bless Everyone" not "Bless me or My family" Even songs sung in churches have words like "ME" "MY" "I" Biblical books like the Bible don't teach selfishness. So aren't those people that say "ME, MY, I" hypocrites.

I fell out of love and got bored with my husband and started a relationship with a coworker. We have been together for almost 17 years and have three kids. When he found out that I wanted to leave him he freaked out and had to go to the hospital for what they called "emotional shock". I'm with my new lover now but just curious if that sounds like normal behavior?I might go for full custody if that doesn't sound normal.

By this I mean, they lay the bills in your hand like a little tray and then put the coins on top so they slide around and it's very awkward. You need your other hand immediately to "undo" that before the coins slide and fall off. When I was a cashier (going back a quarter century here!) we put the coins in the customer's hand first and then the bills. The customer could grab the bag with the other hand and not have to use both hands for the money.

Cashiers are sometimes customers and are on the receiving end, so you'd think the problem would solve itself once they see how awkward it is. But it's not solving itself!

because i'm training to be a lifeguard and i probably can't hold my nose with one hand the whole time now can i? I mean i'm good at most things swimming wise passed all the pretests and what not (even while using my hand to hold my nose for a small portion of it) but i can't be saving people with only one hand?!

someone please help me give me some tips on how i can get better, when i go down and try to blow out i run out of air to blow out within a second or so or it just stops blowing air out of my nose and instead water goes in my nose even when i'm holding my breath!

This is not islam bashing. What are considered the historical errors in Islam? All faiths seem to have something that sticks out as not historically true. What are they for islam? I am doing research.
