That is probably a code used on the accident report. Don't know where you are from but most of those forms run on a numeric code system. Each catagory on the "answer" sheet has a number assigned to it. For example, there is probably a block about seatbelt use with the following options:
1). No seatbelt used.
2). Lapbelt only
3). Harness and lapbelt used
4). Unknown

The officer fills the appropriate number into the box. Call the PD if you have any questions but if you weren't drinking you shouldn't worry.

It means that when you were pulled over, you were sweating bourbon.

It may mean the percentage of intoxication.
