We have a signed contract to purchase a home. All contingencies have been approved.

We now want to get out of the home purchase. We noticed that on the contract, the name of the sellers is wrong. It lists the wife's name twice. It has been struck through, and the name of the husband has been added, but we did not initial next to that change. Does this void the contract? Can we get out of the contract based on this?

I have a mobile home that I want to sell, however the realtors say they cannot sell the house without the land. I DO NOT WANT TO SELL THE LAND. I'm only interested in selling the mobile home. I need sound advice on how to sell the home without selling the land. The mobile home doesn't look like a mobile home at all. It's been remodeled. Please help.

I have the limewire 4,12,11 free edition and download music and want to burn it to a CD,, I get all the way to tell it to burn but it also says to load a disc into the E drive,, i only have one disc spot on my tower and need to know which cd drive that is,, also do i have to send all the music i want to burn to CD to the C drive before i can burn them to CD?? any information would be helpful to help me understand this,,

I'm a nursing student working towards a degree as an RN. I've heard that most hospitals and other places will pay back student loans for nurses.....it's called "loan forgiveness." Is this true?? Should i worry about taking out too much for student loans?

I made the mistake of purchasing one of those red eyed turtles from Florida. I find out later they are illegal to own in Tennessee. I also feel bad because the turtle just sits in it's glass aquarium. I would like to know if there are any options for providing it a better home.

Can i get some advice please folks?

My sister-in-law, just emailed me to tell me about her little nephew's illness. He is literally a baby - 8 months old - and has been receiving treatment for leukaemia.

For the past three weeks, Dylan has gone into the hospital for 24 hour chemo treatments and then home for a few days and to go back to the children's hospital for more chemo. Though he was in great spirits and almost back to his old self, something has happened......

The chemo is tearing the lining in his little body causing pain and bleeding. The doctors have put him on morphine and now he has the 'runs' and is very very uncomfortable. He may not make it.

I wish I could give my brother, my sister-in-law, and her family a huge hug but they are in the States and I'm in the UK.

How can I help her to cope?

le i liked,i would usually dream as myself being the centre of attraction,for instance i would imagine myself flirting with guys,and it became so intense that i actually slowly started losing my mind,gradually i became very absent minded,i could actually be in my dream world even when i was watching t.v or travelling,and the ultimate result of all this was i became very awkward with people,and i started being aloof and isolated,i feel as though i m not able to focus anywhere,even while talking i sometimes get lost and do not follow conversations.what is this kind of behaviour called and how can it be tackled?is it something abnormal?i know many people who talk with themselves but not necessarily does everyone spin stories like i do.what is day dreaming?am i into the habit of day dreaming?is fantasising a bad thing?do i fantasise a bit too much?i used to enjoy it earlier but now it does hinders with the way i think.i feel i m not able to think logically.how can i change myself ?

I have a baby thermometer. i don't have the instuctions anymore. the battery died and i got a new one. i can't get the old one out. I went on the company website and they don't make them anymore. i called the company and the number is no good. I don't want to break this thing trying to get the battery out.
