God. If you want revenge, pray for the offender and let God worry about the details. After all, look at what has happened to this country for what was done to Native America, better, look at Mexico and what is happening today to her, the Tierra Hermosa. Prayer. Look at every nation that abused Jews. Most were crushed and those who survive live in fear and poverty.

You never know. By praying for the offender, they may just turn into the best friend you ever had. Do it in secret and in love and watch what happens.

Revenge is a curious venture; once you get it, you find yourself hollow and empty and wondering why you wasted so much time on such a silly endevor.
Let it go. You're not going to get the results you seek.

Let God take care of it. If you do it personally, you will just be attracting more negativity into your life. Please don't do it.
If someone did you wrong intentionally, it was probably because that person has a lot of hatred and unhappiness in their heart. Do not become like them, and let divine justice do its part.
