instead of eating the greasy cafeteria food, i have been eating the "add ons" at the salad bar. i dont like lettuce, so i get sunflower seeds, bacon bits, and ham bits. for on the side i get a little thing of fat-free pudding, and some chicken noodle soup. they sometimes have chips with it. i wish it would have some effect on my weight, but it doesn't. why not? i would think it would be better than the grease covered pepperoni pizzas, grease slathered french fries, and grease sopping chicken patties...wouldn't you?
