Personally, I'm not a very big fan of Jungle's Fungus medication. It's based on some fairly weak fungicides and may not handle every type of fungus you commonly encounter in an aquarium.

I really prefer Mardel Labs Maroxy for fungus control. It usually runs about $4.00 US per bottle, but the bottle goes a long way and keeps very well. One note, you should do a very good water change and clean the gravel well prior to using Maroxy because like many such medications debris in the tank can cause it to be less effective. Also leave the water level in the tank slightly low so that the filter return water will splash into the tank. Maroxy works best in a well aerated tank.

I just used Jungles' Fungus Clear. Very easy, full details on box, about $3 from Walmart. The fungus on my loach was gone in a day or two. :)

If you don't want to use medication, use kosher salt. I would use 1 teaspoon for every gallon you have.
