I tore my calf muscle three weeks ago this coming wednesday (23 may 2007). I am still on crutches as this helps when walking on tip toe, as it stands at the moment i can`t walk flat footed and have problems straighting my leg, but after some effort and pain i manage to straighten it. How long do these things normaly last. i was under the understandind that it was only a couple of weeks.

The mentally challanged girl at my school won't stop calling me. I talk to her on the phone about half an hour a day before saying I have to go, but I'm feeling the drain of our convetsations. I don't have that many hours in the day. Also, in school she's constantly hugging me, and this isn't a generalization for all mentally challanged people but she smells bad. She also always wants to come over, and cries and makes a scene I say "not today", or if I neglected to answer one of the millions of messages she left me. I wish there was a nice way to explain to someone they are being clingy. What do I do?

We are bring home our new kitten on Friday and we need a name for her.
She has this very cute M on her forehead, so something begining with M would be nice, but not essential.

with anyone. i was very close to my sister but somehow since she has started working we have drifted apart and i always have something sad to share,i feel i put emotional pressure on her that's y she unconsciously doesnt prefer spending time with me.i love my parents but i have never been open either to my mom or dad.now the situation is i feel very very lonely and if i could i would actually cry throughout the day.i used to b quite popular with my friends and now i just hate socialising.i have changed so much that wherever i go people ask my parents what's wrong with riya.so many times i have thought of commiting suicide,i have no desire to live.i feel as though i m dragging my life and lately i have started feeling as though i m going mad,whenever i meet someone i have nothing to say.with my family also i dont talk much and they have somehow accepted this fact. i spend days without talking to anyone,i feel as though i m forgeting how to talk,i feel as though i m going insane.pls help

I went up for prayer at the front of the church (just for a blessing really) and the visiting pastor prayed over me with the words, "Please Lord, heal this little girl in this adult's body". 1) I will have a cup of coffee in the morning and read my PAPER newspaper like I used to, before the Web.

2) I will eat breakfast with a knife and fork and not with one hand typing.

3) I will get dressed before noon.

4) I will make an attempt to clean the house, wash clothes, and plan dinner before even thinking of the Web.

5) I will sit down and write a letter to those unfortunate few friends and family that are Web-deprived.

6) I will call someone on the phone who I cannot contact via the Web.

7) I will read a book... if I still remember how.

8) I will listen to those around me about their needs and stop telling them to turn the TV down so I can hear the music on the Web.

9) I will not be tempted during TV commercials to check for email.

10) I will try and get out of the house at least once a week, if it is necessary or not.

11) I will remember that my bank is not forgiving if I forget to balance my checkbook because I was too busy on the Web.

12) Last, but not least, I will remember that I must go to bed sometime... and the Web will always be there tomorrow!

why dont muslims and jew rationaise the rules on things like food and other stuff.


Ie a vail makes sense in a desert with sandstorms but not in Denmark.


Ok in oldern days before food hygene teaching, quality cookers and freezers came about you can understand why pork was not a good idea but now we can freeze and cook it properly.

I have a male and female yellow lab, they have now started to hide in amongst the rocks the male comes out for a swim now and then but the female wont come out at all not even at dinner times, even when the male does come out he just loiters around the area where the female is, i can just see her head between the rocks and she look perfectly healthy, but before this behaviour last week they showed no interest in one another??? Also i have 3 juvenile red tops, they are still a dark brown and about 2 inches, but today they were chasing each other (two males, one female) and the stripes on two of them were really promenant, is that a courtship thing? Do I have a tank full of randy so and so's??!!!

Hi, my washing machine broke this morning. I put in a load in and a couple of seconds later it was leaking water all over, what could be wrong with it? Its a hotpoint Aquarius and its a washer dryer but the dryer has aleady broken. Also, how much do u think it will cost to repair?

is santa used like free drugs cigarettes to get kids hooked on relgion?


the main thing kids would not want to give up to be athiest would be santa and presents and christmas followed by easter and chocolate.


These things however could they be a get them hooked on irrational faith based belief as people dont want to spoil it for them.

And if they can believe in santa etc then god is a step up.

Instead of groeing up coldly rational...
