Talking to strangers.
...Seriously, I don't like sleeping in the dark, when I'm home alone.

I just read one of your other questions about a psychopath. I truly wished I would have seen this before it went into voting.
My family was forced to live with a psychopath a.k.a. ( A.P.D.)Antisocial Personality Disorder.
Our family have had to move from state to state, so that our sons can stay and feel safe. I have tried to press charges on this person, but this person was very intelligent and the things T.P. would tell authority figures were lies in (T.P.=this person) life, but were truths of my childhood/ or( someone else childhood pains) that T.P. would use to convince the authorities that is was truly happening to T.P.
T.P. was very aggressive and perverted more than just other peoples truths. T.P. had and still shows no empathy or remorse that T.P. has caused in not just our family, but in the lives of others. The others knew the truth of what was happening to us and how our lives were in danger, yet they never stood up to help us defend our family so we lost everything including our freedom.
Yes, I wanted vengeance, but GOD said " Vengeance is mine saith the LORD,I will repay" And I know this is true.
This is the phobia that has plagued our family for YEARS.

Leaving the house, going out in the world where people judge me and find me lacking. I've been like this since 1970. It was flat-out terror at that time. Now I have excellent control over it. There aren't many times when it controls my actions.

I'm scared of being scared. When one is scared the fear can transform itself into many facits of your health. If that fear contiues the risk of becoming seriously ill increases. So yep, I'm scared of being scared.
