bought 2 different 3.1 version hdmi cables just to make sure but it doesn't work right. i've heard that it might help if you use an earlier version of this cables. is this true? after all efforts i had to buy the component cables and it works perfectly. am i missing something? the hdmi-hdmi cable was connecting the cable box (receiver) and my tv. thanks in advance for your help

Some people I have spoken to beleive that you shouldn't wear your seatbelt when pregnant, and other beleive that you should. If people have not worn a seatbelt when pregnant, why did u choose not to, and if you have, why did you. I' m a firm beleiver that you should buckle up when pregnant, but I'm curious to hear both sides of the story

I am trying to put in a fence on my own as I don't have much $ to pay someone to help. I am a 5' tall woman and after working 1 whole day using a shovel and only getting 2 holes dug I decided an augur (sp?) would work better maybe (1 man kind). Anyway, called a rental store and he said it was questionable if a woman my height could use one. Sooooo I am wondering if a post hole digger is too hard to use. I know it would be fairly easy enough in soil, but I will be moving into hard packed rock/sand/dirt as I go down the line. I know one can be done as when I first moved here I was able to afford someone to put up another section of fence & they used a post hole digger there...but they were also a 6' guy too lol.

I'm pretty tough for my size, but wondering if I will get nowhere fast with a post hole digger??? Is it about the same as using a shovel?

I've sat here and read several stories about people who feel the need to cheat. My personal opinion is if anyone is not happy in their marriage/relationship for one reason or another have the decency to tell ur mate, preferrably before cheating. If ur out there already doing it then why bother to ask for help on this forum? U apparently know it's wrong already so what do u all expect from us really? Nobody's opinion really counts but your own so why r u really wasting our time and energy? If u feel what ur is aok why r u bothering to ask other peoples opinions? I don't mean to be judgemental, but if ur cheating now or plan to then u already know what could happen when your mates find out! This forum is for those people that trully want help w/serious issues. Cheating is not a serious issue especially when it is happening all the time and most people with a conscience know it is not ok EVER no matter how you word it or put your own spin on it to make it seem like its ok!

My husband is 34 yrs old & had a testicular ultrasound after seeing our PP because of pain he began feeling. On physical exam he found a lump & put him on Cipro but sent him for an u/s just to be safe. He sees a urologist on Tuesday because of the findings on u/s. Here is what the u/s report reads:

Findings: There is bilateral testicular flow. The testicles are slightly inhomogeneous in appearance. No focal mass lesion is seen in the testicle. In the right lower scrotum there is an area of masslike density which on ultrasound exam appears to be separate from the testicle. This measures approximately 1 cm in diameter and reportedly is the area of palpable abnormality as demonstrated by the patient. This is a solid lesion of uncertain etiology. It does not appear to be within the right testicle but is in the right scrotal area. There are changes on the left suggesting a left varcocele.

Summary:

1. 1 cm mass lower medial right scrotum
2. Left testicular varcocele
3. Mild inhomogeneity of testicles without focal mass

What are the possibilites of a solid lesion in the scrotum? The u/s tech said it's on the wall of the testicle. What can this be since it's not infections and what can we expect at this appointment-what ?'s should we ask? No tumor markers checked-CBC showed AST was high at 51 (range 0-40) and uric acid high at 8.5 (2.4-8.2)…he does suffer w/gout.

My entire family is going to be flying to a wedding in Hawaii in a few months. It's going to be really neat w/ a wedding on the beach and the entire family spending the weekend at a nice resort. I live in Georgia so that's a pretty good ways away. I am absolutely TERRIFIED of flying, just the thought of it makes my stomach hurt. I've been seeing a doctor about this but it really hasn't helped that much. I'm not afraid of heights I'm just scared to death of the thought of the plane crashing. I even keep having nightmares about it. Has anyone else been able to beat the fear of flying and if so how? I hate to be the only family member not there =(
