The Earth is approaching to this point. Year by year, the polar caps are melting and the sea level increases due to Global Warming. Temperature may even increase to the range of 38- 42 Degrees Centigrade. The Natural Behavior of calamities might even be worse. The solar energy will be trapped within the boundaries of the atmosphere due to the greenhouse effect. Pollution is the primary cause of destroying the true nature of the world. Man is shameless, selfish and greedy. In Short, Man is destroying its own Home. The effect has just started and may end in 50- 100 years unless, Man change their ways of maintaining the neutral status of the Earth.

I suppose you could say that a puppy is entering its dying stages but I think it would be more appropriate to assume that it has many more years ahead as does the earth.
