I know this is a weird question, but I'm serious! It'd be an interesting read.

Would whoever is giving any answer in any question that has anything to do with homosexuality a thumbs down STOP. PLEASE.
If you are a homophobe, don't read the questions. I don't want your opinion if you need to be so negative.
Thank you.
And thanks to all of the people who gave good reading suggestions. I'm definitely going to check some of those out. ♥

I don't think anyone has suggested Kim Harrison's series of books. She's an entertaining, very funny writer, and the Hollows series features a female protagonist trying to come to terms with her attraction to her very aggressive, very bi-sexual female vampire roommate/partner. (Yes, it's that complicated.) Anyway, that's only one of the plotlines. The two are bounty-hunters in a kind of postapocalyptic world where witches, werewolves, and vampires walk the streets and humans seem to be in the minority. Start with "Dead Witch Walking."

All the Anne Rice ones. Almost as much homosexual tension as Lord of the Rings.

Ann Rice's The Body Thief . Also, Roman Polanski's movie, The Fearless Vampire Killers, has a gay vampire.

A lot of the male vampires in Laurell K Hamilton's books are gay or bi. They aren't much overt kissing or sex scenes, though, if you're looking for that.

I think most of the guys in Anne Rice's books are, if not gay, strongly written with a vein of homo-eroticism.

I don't know about books, but the movie "The hunger" has lesbian/bisexual vampires.
Very 1980s with David Bowie. But one of the best vampire movies every made. Really made me feel what it would be like being a vampire.
