Im currently studying this book learning martial arts. Learning weak points, moves, what to hit and with what, what points to go for first etc. Learning how to do this because i have been bullied all my life and learning this will help my confidence as well as my self esteem, and allow me to feel more safe but smart enough to stay aware. Anyways what im reading now does not teach me when to use the moves, or how to get better at countering.. I'd like to know how to expect the oponents movement sooner and easier, if you have any help please let me know!!

Like I said before, he wrote her that email that was detailed. They have two children together and they have to talk at least a little bit. He was open about his past and cries when he tells me that I am the only one he wants and loves me more than anything. He said that she bugged him about that email to get the details, but he says that he didn't write what the whole email said. She doesn't like me very much because I am nice to their children and they like me. He has microsoft outlook for his email and he can't check his mail because someone hacked into his account. I want to trust him so bad, but I know how it has always been for me, getting hurt. I don't want to look like a fool. He hasn't changed his story one bit, and keeps on saying that he is not lying and that he only wants me and doesn't have any feelings for her anymore. We have only been married for two weeks, but have been together for over a year. I am so upset! What do I do?

I am 33 and have been divorced for 6 years. I haven't had any serious relationships since my marriage. When on one or two dates years ago, but nothing serious. I had a tough divorce that came to me completely out of the blue. My ex-wife got pregnant by her then secret boyfriend.

I have two kids that I am raising with my ex. daughter 12 and son 11. I am always busy at work (50 hours a week and spend all my time off with my kids.

Between my work and kids, I really don't have time for anything else right now. I am the kind of person that can get really involved in a relationship easily, but I don't want to risk myself financially or emotionally until my kids are off into college.

I have also decided that I no longer want anymore children. I love my kids, but I want to move on with my life when they grow up and not be starting over again with more in my 40's and 50s.

I am really happy where I am now. Why cant my family and friends understand that?

ok so basically i was raised catholic. well now that i am older i am not so sure that is what i beleive in. so what i'm asking for maybe a brief description of any religion different than catholicism. i'm just really curious about it and i'm looking for a place to start. thanks.

Is there any way to detect ovulation after a miscarriage but before your next mesterual cycle? I charted my temp before I got pregnant but stopped when I knew I was pregnant. I recently miscarried at 5 weeks, had a D&C two and a half weeks ago. I have stopped bleeding, but have a spot here and there when I wipe still of dark brown. Any similar experiences or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

My NIS 2006 is up for renewal in a few months. I've read a few reports that NIS 2007 isn't as good as it doesn't have a couple of the security things. I'm very happy with NIS 2006 as I've not had a single thing affect my PC. My philosophy is 'if it's not broke don't fix it'. I'm thinking of renewing it online through the software itself.

Any input from you folks who have experience with both 2006 & 2007 would be great.
