I signed a lease 8/06 for one year and had the landlord sign a document saying I was allowed to obtain a business license and run a daycare out of the home....now the HOA is suing me saying I can't run a buiness buy my landlord told me I could! Can I break the lease? I have to work to pay rent but if I can't do daycare I can't pay rent. I feel like the HOA rules should've been given to me upfront.

i knwo this isnt the exact place to put this questin, i ju want the advice of woman who have juz had a child or know how it is to give their advice.ok, so its my husbands bday wed. i want to do somehing really special for him, but im havig a hard time. all the hings i wana do i cant really do. we juz recently had a baby, 2 weeks ago, and also have a 2 year old. so we dnt really ave the alone time. and i dnt know anyone to watch the kids for a while, so they are gna be running around, lol. well the 2 year old will be. also, he is in the army so i dnt know how his schdule is gna go that day, i never really know, lol. i just want him to know how special he i to me and how much i love him, i juz wan to knwo a fun way to do it, if anyone has any ideas, please let me know, thank you!! :) ijuz want to be able to plan something romantic!!!! and from the heart :)

My older neutered male cat woke up one day with poor balance and a tendancy to tilt his head in unusual ways. All his bodily functions seem to be normal and he is not in pain. I thought maybe he had a stroke??? If anyone knows a cause for such behavior please let me know. Thank you.

This is a matter of fact in California they are pushing to get special priviliges to opt out or change the test to easy if you know what I mean.... The drop out rate among them is extremely high so what will they be contributing? 1 out of 3 is a high number because they are not the minority here every other race is....

it think it's from the 90's, and wasn't a BIG movie...but it's a about a perfect or utopian society. where all the people have a computer chip chip implanted and everything works out just fine until one of them realizes that something's wrong, and then they all start killing each other??? I originally applied for one of five locations near my home, but was asked to take a position at a location 3 hours away with a promise of a transfer when a position became available near home. When I'd ask about a transfer I kept getting told that the situation was fragile, we were under staffed, and if I could hold on a bit longer to get the location stabilized. This happened four times.

My wife has been upset because I haven't been able to help her with things, because I'm either on the bus or working. Yesterday, I had a hard time getting to work, then once there I called my wife about doing something for me, next thing you know we're arguing, badly, for a stupid reason. Then I had an argument with another employee. While arguing with him I had a sort of epiphany.

this 94 Topaz "HEEP" has a front wheel baring that I have to take to the shop, because it has to be "pressed" in there and take a torch and remove a part in there and 3 hours labor yadda yadda.....I understand there are models of cars that one can replace alot easier in your own garage. The guy at Lenzte
auto said he'd press the baring for me if I wanted to do the job, so then he quotes me 120.00 to do that.
