"Goy" is a nation- "Goyim" is the plural- nations. And it does not refer to non-jews, but to any nation- Jews are also referred to as a "Goy" in the Torah and Talmud.
Behemah is an animal, bakar are cattle.

actually the word Goy comes from the Hebrew word guf which means body.
All the word Goy means is person.
Beamah is the Hebrew word for cattle.

"Goy" means "nation". That's all. In fact, there are places in the bible where Jews are referred to as a goy, if that makes you feel any better.
I believe "bakar" means cattle.
