ok so basically i was raised catholic. well now that i am older i am not so sure that is what i beleive in. so what i'm asking for maybe a brief description of any religion different than catholicism. i'm just really curious about it and i'm looking for a place to start. thanks.

I used to be Catholic, too. Now, I am happy not to have any religion at all, just trying to have my own relationship with God. My advice, just start out reading and exploring.

I would recommend the Gospel of Thomas, it contains all the special secrets that religion comes from within, and so you could be a catholic or any other, what's different is it came from within which makes sence of things

I think you should just go visit different kinds and see what goes on. See what their about and then you can make a better choice.

Any modern nondenominational church that it Bible based.
Some churches don't study the Bible much.
