If the x in 4x2 is the x which equals 5, then I see two possible answers:
4*5*2 + 3 = 43
452 + 3 = 455.
If, however, it is just a multiplication sign, then the x which is equal to 5 is redundant, and:
4*2 + 3 = 11.
You may have the choice.
