Every time someone asks me what I am, as in regards to race/ethnicity, I am a little confused. Nowadays, people can choose who they want to be with out really having any backing to their argument. I was born here in America and so were my parents, their parents, and theirs. So what would you say that makes me. Hispanic would mean I'm from Hispania, no? Mexican would mean I'm from Mexico and I'm not even though my ancestors probably were. Am I latina? Is chicano/a a person of latin decent who lives in Chicago? What are you opinions and what do you refer to yourself as?

I've always like Lowe's better. The service is better and it's cleaner. Plus they price match if anyone has a lower price they will beat it by 10% or match it exactly if its a sale. But I was wondering what everyone else thinks... what do people see in Home Depot?

My husband and I acquired a loan through a mortgage company; I'll call this loan company 'A'. We sent our first mortgage payment to this company in March, and then we received a letter stating that our loan had been sold, and that all further payments would be due to loan company 'B', starting as of April 1st.

We received our payment coupon from loan company 'B' the next week, stating that our first payment was due May 1st. We made this payment to company ‘B’.

We then received a letter from loan company 'A' stating that they were going to foreclose on our loan.

Company 'A' had forwarded our first check we sent to them to company 'B' without notifying us.

There is no way we can afford to pay a double payment one to both companies, for the payment they didn't accept and forwarded to company ‘B’ back in March.

Can they do this?

Our loan is now with loan company ‘B’.

I have them in a 150 gallon they are about 3inches in lenght, .. There is also 3 algae eater,, 2 Chinease ones and a white/yellow one, Yesterday..thursday i noticed the algae eater was swimming about with the comments and trying to suck there tails or bite it, So i woke up this morning to find that there was red blotches on the commets, So i removed the algae eatres into my QT tank and about 12 o clock today i noticed that were one of the red lumpy bits on the commets tail was part of it had torn off.. Do you think the algae eater is responsbile? I am going to the pet shop tommorow and was thinking of geting a bottle of Melafix, Do you suggest this or somthing else? And does my commets need a pond? Is this tank too small? Thanks for you help!

I believe that there are still many questions that need to be answered as far as what the true cause of global warming is, and if it can be prevented. However, I have noticed that many American politicians, usually on the democratic side, are strong advocates of global warming and pass legislation to reduce the amount of carbon emissions in American industry.

However, this comes at a price - a great price in the increase of production costs inside America, resulting in many jobs being outsourced to places like India and China, developing nations which have little to no environmental restrictions on production.

With that in mind, this leads up to my question of why are politicans focusing so much on America reducing its carbon emissions in industry, while they are letting other countries with many more people and much worse environmental practices do what they please to destroy the environment while allowing them to take jobs from other places around the world?

During the regular season when Yao went down, Van Gundy's Rockets didn't miss a step. Their record actually got better after Yao got injured. That shows how well prepared and well coached that team was. So he lost in the 1st round again. So did Phil Jackson, but he's not going anywhere. Bad move by Houston's GM. It would be cool if he joins Riley's staff in Miami next year.

I am making a sign for my yard, and I need a really tall round post - like 10 ft. tall. I can't find one at any home-type stores, so I'm wondering if I can go cut down a tree and use the trunk as my post. Will it rot? Can I treat it so that it doesn't rot? Or do you have any other suggestions?

I'm pregnant and I'm thinking about getting an abortion. I don't know why I'm pregnant I was on birth control and my boyfriend used a condom, I guess I have really bad luck. I really don't know what to do, I can't be pregnant because I am a dancer(ballet), I was also planning on going to medical school, and I don't even like children. My boyfriend wants to keep it but I don't. I don't mean to sound cold, but I don't want to have a baby.

iam in the first stages of divorce, as i filed not because i really wanted a divorce from my wife but after a severe fight with my wife , i think out of spite my wife took of with our child the next day, and then for 3 weeks i tried to talk to her but she would just hang up and blame me for eveything, even my inlaws told me not to call there as she went to live with them, so then after getting no part from my wife as to making it better, i went and filed for divorce and custody. so now i still want to reconcile and try to fix things before the court hearing but now my wife wants no part of making it work, as i have called her and ask her to recocncile and she said NO, now she wants a divorce.
what can i do?? i really do not want a divorce and if she love me and want our marriage then why is she just using the blame game and telling me that since i filed now i have to live with it, as she does not want any reconcilattion. is there anything i can do or say to her to get her to try
