I had a bill collector cll my house and my girlfriend answered the call. The person that was trying to collect payment was upset that I was late and told my girlfriend what the bill was and who it was owed to and basicly the whole deal. I thought that they are not allowed to talk to anyone else about this kinda stuff cause it is private or personal information that I dont want other people to know about.

It depends. If they were under the reasonable belief that your girlfriend was your legal representative, then yes they can. Otherwise, no. Websites are not a good idea for you! I strongly suggest you just ask an attorney.

I overlook approximately those questions and circulate directly to the subsequent. there are a number of us who positioned countless theory & attention for others in our solutions. that isn't any longer an internet site to argue and dismiss human beings. that is for others evaluations. I would desire to consider Frizzer, Kat, Professor X & Kim. the positioning has replaced so I only seem for the exciting sensible questions that are no longer meant to argue. there are lots of people who do only that yet we would desire to positioned up with the nonsense. Have an superb day to all.....:)>-

I just found a pretty good site called askinglaw. I have attached the site below. They control the questions so you will need to email them the question and they will post it.

You can go to sites that may answer some of your questions.

If you have a legal issue, ask an attorney! Their initial visit is usually free!
