I read on the internet that men who do not have sex or masterbate(ejeculate) for some period of time, tesosterone will increase. Especially during teens, will an increase in tesosterones help you grow taller?

Don't believe everything you read! Increasing your testosterone will not, I repeat will not, change the height you are destined to be. Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet but there is nothing you can do to be taller without medical intervention. A doctor will not intervene unless you will be of greatly less than normal height. A male will continue to grow until age 21.

You can try to increase your testosterone by:
1. no tidy whiteys! boxers only
2. increasing your exercise and exercising regularly
3. no alcohol...not even beer
4. keep stress levels low via yoga or meditation
5. no more meat or poultry than 2 servings a week
It will take a minimum of 3 months, if it works at all.

The only other way to increase your testosterone is to see a doctor for pills, injections, patches, gels or pellets. I can honestly tell you that no doctor will prescribe it just because you want to be taller.
