God gave man dominion and so on. Therefore there is a split between humanity and nature. So we don't respect nature as we should. Also, church opposition to population control has led to over-population which also feeds into global warming. And according to Weber, capitalism (with its growth-maximizing tendencies) is strongly influenced by the Calvinist doctrine of predestination (i.e. if you're not rich, God doesn't like you).

So is it all due to the Bible?

Straight people don't have to go through a big process to get the entire country to approve the person THEY want to marry.

What makes us (straight people) so superior? Why do we deserve more rights than anyone else? Are we above reproach?

Right now, a straight serial killer has more rights (i.e., the right to marry the person he or she loves) than a gay person who's never had so much as a traffic ticket.

Why does that make sense????

And please, don't bother with the "A gay person has the right to marry a person of the opposite sex, just like a straight person" crap. I have the right to eat spinach, but because I hate spinach, I don't eat it.

Dog is walked regularly, loved and well cared for, has lots of toys and bones. Gets tons of attention and treats when he's good.

Problem is: When dog spends time outside by himself (15 minutes to a half hour) on his leash (even though he had bones and toys around him) he still gets tangled up really bad. Several times I and my husband have had to help him untangle himself. The other day the dog got the leash wrapped around his neck. This worries me.

My questions are: Is this a stage the dog is going through? Do we need to consider buying a run/large kennel for dog? What is the most humane thing to do?

We love our dog and don't want to see him injured by the leash. My husband knows a lot of people that have dogs but their dog is fine on the leash and they don't consider kennels as an option. I'm trying to figure out what is the BEST for the dog.

i have had an eating disorder for the past 2 years now i switch off sometimes from staving myself too binging and even sometimes puking it all up i don't know what to do because i am now overweight I'm 207 pounds 15 year's old and am 5'4" i have tried jogging and such nothing has happened haven't lost a pound and i so upset because i really need to lose wight to be able to feel good about myself and stop the eating disorders what should i do a certain exercise
