I would say, since it's May, that any store that would still have boots, would have them for next to nothing.
Or, you could try thrift stores, even consignment shops, if you don't mind second hand shoes. While I'm all for thrift stores, I'm hesitant on buying second hand shoes, but will if I have to. It beats going barefoot.

Wal-mart, Payless, Small Boutique shops in your area, Target, DSW, K-Mart, Meijer. It depends where u live, go to google and type in "Women's Boots" Near ___________ (Where u live/Zipcode/City) and local stores u might have never heard of may pop up.
