Oh sweetie, you need to sit back and take a deep breath for a moment. Stress is very much an interference with our bodies chemistry. First, feeling good about oneself is not dependent on your size. You need to understand that and accept it. Otherwise we'd have a lot of miserable people running around. You are at an age, where the body is changing. Then take it easy on your body. You have only this one and starving it or binging and vomiting is not going to make it do what you want. Your mind and body are connected, not separate. Allow yourself time to lose the weight, after all, you didn't gain it overnight. Go for regular walks, increase the distance and the speed as you can. I have used a diet that really worked for me. I don't call it a diet, because I eat, just watch how much and what I eat. Since then, my health is better, my gums don't bleed anymore and I feel great. It's called The Doctors' Clinic 30 Program and is a way of changing ones lifestyle. By Sharon M. Cooper and J.T. Cooper.
Have you seen your pediatrician or family doctor? It's worth having your blood tested to see if there are any other problems, such as thyroid, diabetes and such. Although not common, they do occur and are accountable for a lot of stuff.
I wish you well.

Write down everything you eat and count the calories. It would probably be an eye-opener.

And work out more, but don't expect immediate results. Focus on being able to run for a longer period of time when you're measuring progress. Trust that the weight will go. Write down everything you do for yourself, and then you'll feel as though you've progressed significantly.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

11. Vitamins - Not only do vitamins supplement your nutritional input when following a low calorie diet, but also they can increase your metabolism and actively increase your weight loss!

15. Increase your physical activity - Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

Do not loose hope. Get in touch with a good dietitian he/she will guide you to a proper course of exercises and what food to take. Skiping food is no answer regularity IS. It will take time and you will not regret when in due course get into the frame you would like to see yourself.
