Got my first contact lens exam yesterday, i've been wearing glasses for years, and finally decided to bit the bullet and go for contacts. I'm now on day two (altho i do't have the actual scrip till i've been wearing them a week, and go back to doc for second eye exam to make sure i'm tolerating them or something).
They made me insert them at the docs, then remove and insert them again before letting me leave, and boy did that take forever. lol. Anyhow, my question is this....how long does it generally take to get good at inserting them, it's still taking me several minutes each eye, I know it's practice that will do the trick, and now i'm determined to do it. In general, does anybody know how long it will take me to get the hang of putting them in and taking them out?

I have an honest question about the new deal that was worked out today. In the articles I've read, they say that illegal aliens that step forward can get a "Z" visa, pay fees and $5000, to get "on track" towards permanent residency. What incentive will there be for people to voluntarily come forward? Does this new agreement also include stiffer penalties for those who choose not to? Will any of this actually be enforced? I'm not trying to sound opinionated, I'm just trying to comprehend how they think something like this is actually feasible.

To try and politicize the office of the US Attorney? Or he will he continue to "Stay the Course" and insist that presidential influence and priorities take precedence over the constitution and federal law?
And before the lapdogs start foaming at the mouth, yes we ALL know clinton fired ALL 93 attorneys. Almost every president since the inception of the Justice Dept has done so. And if you cannot tell the difference between the 2, save the embarrassment and just don't answer this question. Thank you.

Hi all, I'm going on a massive east coast trip from May 21st to June 5th, visiting Boston, New York, Atlantic City, DC, Philadelphia, and Toronto. Gonna be hitting all the main tourist attractions in all cities and taking a lot of pics.

My digital camera has 1M, 2M, 3M, i wanna use 3M but that only gives 335 pictures, 2M gives 408 pictures, and 1M gives 550 pictures. I wonder and do u think...will 335 pictures be enough for my trip? I obviously want the highest quality of pics, or do u think its better just do to lower res? or buy another XD/SD memory card? Thanks

I am entertaining the prospect into purchasing an imported Vespa (Italian) motor scooter, rebuilt, to drive to/from work. Do I need to check with DMV regarding legality, licensing? Do I need to check city ordinances about driving them on the public roads? Import taxes? How often inspected? Anything you can share with me is more than anything I know... ok i have freinds that listen to different stuff. I listen to metal, punk, some alt., skate punk and just about any kind of rock. Alot of my friends listen to rap. When they ask me what im listening to, and i tell them metal, they say sh*t like: OMG that sh*t is soo gay, its just a bunch of homos singing and worshiping the devil. and i'll tell them its not all screaming and they will say some retarded come-back. i was wondering if u guys had anything to say that would kick their rap in the *ss.
