I woouldn't. It's not worth the time that I'll spend in jail.

I would walk in as a customer during normal business hours, wearing bulky clothes to mask my body type and a hat and glasses, not too inconspicous. I would give the teller a note saying that I had a gun and to put cash into a deposit bag, that I would have with me. I would take the cash and quickly exit and get away.
Banks don't want to get a robber stuck in them so they are trained to give the robber money quickly so that they can leave. This is rather simple, but it is not worth the rist. Tellers will not give you that much money, anywhere from between a couple hundred and a couple thousand dollars.
This amount does not warrant the risk because it is a federal crime to rob a bank and the FBI will be after you.
A takeover robbery will yield much more money, but you have to be in and out quickly, it takes more people so there is more division of loot and it has the terrible down side of getting stuck inside, which is a lose-lose situation.

No. Even if I knew in advance I'd get away clean and could never be caught, I wouldn't do it. I'd be taking something that wasn't rightfully mine, and that's just theft, regardless of whether I'd get away with it or not.
That being said, I have given thought to how I'd rob a bank, but my plan depends on too many other people of questionable character. I mean their bank robbers, you can't trust them. It involves 4 other people who know how to set off explosives, and of course, the explosives themselves.
