This happened today, i don't know where but it was on the news. Why would anybody be so cruel to a 2 month old baby!!! Where was the mother when he did that?!?! I I guess it is almost as bad as having an abortion though! What an idiot!

When I first ordered my DELL laptop on the phone, I was told I wouldnt have to pay any interest on my laptop for 18 months. 2 months later after receiving my bill I noticed I had a 30% finance charge added to my payment. When I called Dell they basically said I misunderstood and that they never offered me no interest. When you call Dell, you will hear a message saying this call is being recorded, well i had asked if I can hear back the conversation. I know for a fact they told me NO INTEREST!! They kept transferring me to at least 5 different ext.'s, I ended up with no answers!!! If it wasnt for the "no interest" i wouldnt have gotten my laptop through Dell. I would have kept looking for a better deal. Lately on the news I have been noticing a lot of complains about the same problem. Does anyone out there know what I can do about this???

Please advise me,

Pets are not humans. I do not mean to treat them harshly but humans must be the priority on the justicie issues.
I understand people may feel more loving towards pets. People is more dificult to talk to because people have a mind of their own. Pets do not love, they just respond to stimulae without logical discernment of the options.

I saw a PBS thing on this phenomena this morning. Ofcourse, all they said was that it happens every so many hundred thousand years and that the Earths magnetic field is weakening, which appearenty is a sign that the magnetic poles are getting ready to reverse. Does this really happen? What will this mean for us exactly? Will my compass point south or what? Any Earth Science Majors in the house?

I am worried about my 6 year old niece. Ever since birth, she has seemed a little slower in development than her peers, mentally. She didn't potty train until 4 1/2 years old, she didn't speak clearly until at least 3, and even now, some of her words sound like she is babbling. She didn't crawl until around 9 months old, and didn't walk until probably 18-20 months. She has an older sibling who always translated what she wanted for us, as they are 2 years apart, but we could never understand her very well. She throws temper tantrums like crazy, and used to scream until her face turned purple and she would literally make herself sick with tantrums. When in the store with my mom and dad, she wanders off by herself and gets lost, and doesn't seem to remember or know how she got lost in the first place. Also, my mom said that she likes to touch everything in the store, just likes to feel it. She is in kindergarten and just turned 6 in December, and has not had many problems there
