I've never been much of a flexible person, so I'm going to need a lot of work. I want to know how to do the spits both ways (right leg in front, left leg in front, and legs spread apart)

Please tell me what stretches to do, and how long to hold them!

I am currently writing a movie-script in Microsoft Word (2007 version in-Office Home & Student) and have come up with an original title that I made up from scratch. (It's a long single word that is obviously not in any dictionary) Can anyone tell me how to use the symbols in "Word" so that I can put a pronunciation key in parentheses under my title to explain how to pronounce it? (Also, where would the list of necessary symbols needed to do this be located? Do I type out the pronunciation and ADD the symbols to it??)
Any detailed info would be greatly appreciated.

I have always been drawn to more Goth/ Rock-a-billy type women. My current circle of friends are not into that type of scene and there are very few places in my town to meet woman of this type and my state (Arizona) is not known as the center of alternative dress or lifestyle. I mean,unless they've studied Christianity. Otherwise,wouldn't they be kind of lost? Even I have to use a Bible dictionary somewhat when I'm reading 18th or 19th century literature and of course renaissance poetry and painting couldn't possibly have much resonance even as art if you don't know what the imagery references. Or not? Opinions? Serious please. Let's start with obvious examples like Dante or Milton.

im sorry if im like those annoying people but i seriously think that i have BDD, everyone keeps on telling me how beautiful iam but i just dont believe them, i know im stupid for saying this but everytime i go somewhere one minute all the guys are staring and drooling and girls are staring at me too, that makes me gain confidence and then i feel ugly again and no guys look at me, i dont get it i didnt change so how come, one hour they drool, the next hour they take one glance and move on?? maybe i really am hideous no matter how much people say that i look like a gorgeous supermodel, yea right i just wanna die! no mean answers please =[

2 people are really attachted to me, they both look at me as the person to go to. Both are convinced that they "need" me. If I am with one, i hurt the other. If i dont do anything with either, i hurt them both for not "dedicating" myself to them, what is the best thing to do. Both people resort to hurting themselves as a source of relief, and i cant let them do that!
