Has Proton Decay Been Established

Do you think that people who use illegal drugs (marijuana, cocaine, heroin etc...)should be punished/imprisoned? Or should we help them get rehabilitated?
I would really like to hear your complete thoughts on this subject :)

so i was downstairs in the basement(where the computer is) and my dad was listening to music through our surround sound system. and anyway's it was really loud. and my cat was on my lap. and i decided just a few more minutes of holding him. and then i let him go. and boy did he boot up the stairs. but also when the music was on he looked around with wide eye's. not even blinking. just looking around. anyway's i'm not sure if he was scared or what but answer's would sure be appreciated. thanks. :)

im 16 turning 17 on july and i eat alot and need to stop lol but im thick i have 2 rolls in my stomach i began to experience overweightness when i was 12 i dont know i began to eat alot lol um im 161 or 160 and i think i need to lose weight and i dont wanna lose my butt and hips only my stomach and my neck is fat why? and i feel unhealthy but i eat fruits love salad and potato and i eat a lot of rice my mom always cooks rice needs to cut that i need to stop eating junk food but i do eat subway alot lol and um i just wanna lose 35 pounds like how much i should lose i think i wanna sign up for a personal trainer in the summer time in Bally Total Fitness Center I wanna live a healthy long life lol i wanna turn to a vegeterian i dont know im a worry person sometimes you know dont wanna get anything you know im scared but anyways i wanna be healthy and is Centrum good ? and how much iron ? how much iron you need in your body please tell me bye love you guys goodnight

There's this guy who likes me at my job, he's around 27yrs old. He's cute, and such a nice guy. I've always wanted a guy who made the moves and I didnt have to chase around the fact of "oh does he like me"?. Anywho, since I've known he's liked me... I've moved away now. He's persistant.. of asking me out and all. But I dont know, I guess I feel scared to go out with him. I don't know why...sometimes I could be sitting there thinking how many things I could do to him. But when he approaches me with something I back off or give him attitude. What is my problem??.. why can't I just give him a chance..(nevermind I've gotten hurt in the past, which I thought I was over with). Someone please give me some good advice?!!!

My 67 impala (ss w/ac) will not start after it has been either run or the stereo was on.. i have to jump it and even after i do and let it run for a while to charge the battery when i try to restart it it wont turn over... the alt. works and i replaced the wires that go to the starter.. got a heavy duty starter.. replaced the ignition replaced parts on the distributor and it didnt fix anything... i have no clue as to why this is happening...

My lease is ending with a terrible landlord, slumlord really. Also, I just recently found out that I am expecting. When looking for a new apartment, is it necessary, or suggested to let the landlord know that I am expecing a baby in a few months, or is it my own business that I dont need to worry about sharing with a landlord? thanks!

I'm going to school for architectural drafting right now and from what I understand right now on wall configuration, it goes:

plywood sheathing, studs, then insulation and vapor barrier over that, then drywall. Am I right? then what is put over the drywall for the finished wall and paint to be put on? We don't just paint sheetrock right?

Maybe it's just my particular computer glitching out or something but I went back to check a detail in a Q/A discussion about the statue on top of the capitol building in the US, whether it was a Christian symbol and what that would then have said about values in secular America.

The whole discussion seems to have been removed by some higher authority. But I, for one, learnt from the 20 or so people who contributed. From memory, I can't see how that Q nor all the A's were sen as offensive by anyone.
