As in the constitutional freedom to publically talk about governmental issues without fear of unfair reprisals ?
That has nothing to do with Yahoo and does not apply. Read the constitution.

There seems to be a person or more likely a group abusing the Report Abuse button. My cousin asked a question about a certain groups children show and his account was suspended. He and I sent e-mails and all we get are useless replies. No answer as to what was against their Community policy. If your reported as an abuser forget about it with Yahoo you don't have a chance to defend yourself. There's no humans to deal with, just the Yahoo computer and if a certain number of alleged abuses gets registered you get shut down. Yahoo didn't answer that question when I sent it in, how many are you allowed. Yahoo has a good thing going with Q&A but shouldn't allow the pubic the power of censoship.

Who knows who's up there. Guidelines doesn't provide any inkling as to how R&S is site-staffed. I believe it's self-governing and currently controlled by atheists. I have questions deleted where as with you the big loss to me was the feedback. Had one deleted with 53 answers, all gone. Yahoo is owned by Jerry Semper and based in Sunnyvale,California. if you find a corporate phone number let me know, like to talk to the big boys.

I'm sorry, but Y!A has been deleting interesting questions for as long as it has existed. It has also been deleting accounts of people who disagree with others' view points (ie. Christians getting atheists deleted, conservatives getting liberals deleted etc...)
How silly that [message reducted]. I think it's because [message reducted] but maybe that's just me. Personally I think censorship is wrong in all forms and that [questionable content]. Yahoo! should just [inflammatory] straight to [politically incorrect].

It's a question and answer forum, not a debate forum. It sounds like it was removed for being a violation of the site.

I'm curious as to why a question on that would be offensive, unless it was critical of any religion.
