Medically, you're overweight by 3lbs. Nothing to fret over, really. If you wanna lose that weight, then just simply get rid of the junk food. It seems to be the only thing wrong here. Why waste your money on a personal trainer? Maybe you have a friend who had a similar goal in mind. As for the centrum deal, I guess you didn't catch all the reports about supplements, just like centrum, having no effect on your mortality. I hope you reach your goal.

Here it is, I lost 50 pounds sometime ago, and I have dealt with many of the same battles as you. Here is some great advice from someone who has lost it and gained it back and LOST IT FOR GOOD :) Don't change everything! Don't start going to the gym everyday and just eating salads and chicken. NO ONE CAN STICK to that. You want to keep it off for good, you dont want to play this game your whole life. I lost my weight through weight watchers and became a leader there for two years. I also got into working out, at first all I did was walk. You should try WW it is not some crazy Diet it is just healthy eating!!!
YOU CAN DO IT!!! I KNOW IT!!!
Just take it slow, those are the people who keep it off :)

Hey you sound like a younger version of me. When I stress I tend to eat. The thing is that you recognize your problem and want to do something about it.
I would start walking - even if it is for 20 minutes or so. Do you have a dog? If so walk the dog. Dogs are wonderful becaue they love to get out on the leash and walk. Try riding your bike.
On the back of an item check how may calories are in a snack. When I see that, that in itself helps to discourage me from eating whatever.
If you could loose say 20 pounds - that would be great.
I personally took weight training and really like it alot. It is nice to lift weights and see if you can beat how much weight you lost last time. Good luck and hope this helps.

for your age and your height,,, you'Re COMPLETELY normal, not overweight at all,, and even if you wanna lose weight, i'd say the limit is to lose some from your belly,, and you'd be good,, and one little tip, rice actually makes you gain some weight (but obviously not nearly as much as greasy food)
as long as your eating habits are good, you dont need to worry about your weight right now

according to the body mass index(BMI) you are overwight....
BMI is your weight in kilos divided by your height in metres to the power of two..
your BMI is 27, a healthy BMI is between 18 and 25...anything between 26 to 30 is overweight and anything over 30 is obese....
