im 13 and i want to lose a little extra weight before the bikini season. im not fat just a little chubby. i weigh 123 but im only 4' 11''. i was wondering what are some good diets & excercise plans for my age. also i would like to be down to about/hopefully 115 as soon as possible. the pool around me opens june 5. explain w/ as much detail as possible please. thanks

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Okay...

Do cardio/aerobics 5 times a week for about 30 minutes a day, 45 if you can. Add a stregnth training exercise when you feel ready, like pilates, yoga, or a weight toning exercise. All of these things you can find easy on DVD, rent them from Netflix until you find ones you really like, and then buy them if you can.

Watch your calorie intake. Basically, don't drink soda or really sweet fruit juices, ever. Drink water instead. Don't eat fast food, eat at home or at a restaurant that serves healthy food. Eat plenty of food and never starve yourself. If you are hungry, then eat, just eat good things. Snack on apples, grapes, and add a banana to your morning cereal for extra energy.

well have you ever hear the problem on tv where they shows foods that is on weight watch diets . well i m going gave you this site where you and youre mom can look threw and get the right healthy foods for you to eat to lost some weight its not alike junkies foods at all . i had buy them before ot does work . its call the weightwatchers.com and its where there are some foods products you can buy from the foods stores . and there are also a weight programe you can also do at home . too have you know that Yoga workout is great exerise to slim youre stomach and wrists alot . there is also such T.J maxxstore sell weight trainning products that you can use at home .
