I'm not aware of them having one, used cars isn't a big push by Hyundai I think. As most know, older Hyundai's didn't hold their value too well and they didn't have the quality and selection 6 years ago that they do now. So, Hyundai currently is pushing new cars but will have a nice selection of used cars soon since they have higher end models like the Azera and Veracuz in the lineup. It doesn't make much sense to have a certified pre-owned 2002 Accent/Elantra for $5000, but if they had a certified 2002 Azera for $10,000 that would make sense to the used car buyer IMO.

I don't understand. If Hyundai doesn't happen to have "certified" pre-owned cars that means everything they sell is crap? Who else offers 5/60,000 on bumper to bumper and 10/100,000 on drivetrain?

Hyundai does have a CPO program, but it has not been pushed by the company. Starting in the next few months, you will see more of it. They have told us (the dealers) to get ready...here it comes.
