i write poetry, not very happy poetry, but its not emo

i love headbands
i color my nails black with sharpies
i love pink

Everything that happens in my family is my fault. Everything that is the divorce, but even still, I feel like it's because of me. That's okay, I don't mind. But you'd think if they blame everything on me, at least they would be nicer. My mom makes fun of my dreams, me, and everything I do. Nothing is every quite right to her. I try to pretend nothing is wrong, because the past times I've told her she's hurting my feelings, she laughs it off or gets extremely mad and begins yelling and lecturing me about appreciation. Another thing is she completely favours my brother and everyone can tell. But nobody dares tell her because they'll get yelled at. If my brother says something nasty to her, she'll laugh and tell him to go to his room. If I say something nasty, she'll make a big scene out of it and make fun of me. She will lecture me for the next three days, and give me the cold shoulder for the next three months. How can I get her to really really listen to me?

2 friends are walking in the park discussing things when one boy says, "What is a penis?"
"i dont know!" said the other boy, "Stay here and i'll go ask that man on the bench". so the boy runs to the guy on the bench and says "Hey mister? whats a penis?"
The man on the bench says "a penis is the sex organ of a male used to help women make babies...in fact.." says the man while pulling down his pants, "if it looked like this, it would be a perfect penis"

I have a tank full of about 7 Malawi cichlids about 2 1/2- 3 1/2 inches long. They are darting around the tank, swimming up and down alongside the tank, they have little air bubbles on their bodies, they are having spasms and they are scraping themselves against things in the tank. Does this sound like anything you guys may know? I really dont want to lose my fish and it seems to be getting worse. They are still eating and are very active. They are always displaying lines across their bodies which I was told they have when they are stressed. My water is fine I test it weekly. I don't know what else to say..Please Help!!!!!!

I pose a question stating simply that if the top 5% controls 90% of the wealth shouldn't they pay 90% of the tax's..

and more than half off the answers said... no they shouldn't, they already do, or "yea that's great, penalize the go getters in our society" ?????????????

amazing that the ultra wealthy, who have by in large inherited that wealth, (despite what Rush(the drug addict) Limbaugh tells you), have been able to get you all on board?.. save the sports and entertainment stars, corporate barons begin from wealth, and the last 6 years has been a windfall for them, thanks to the mindless throngs that support the blatant evisceration of the middle class?

Love is giving without any thought of getting something in return. I think you agree with this universal definition?
Yet you Christians, love Jesus because he promised you heaven in return. He's the only way to heaven.
If Jesus promised you nothing, would you still love him? I doubt it. You would still fear him. But not love him.
I conclude, you're in love with that "bridge to heaven", and not Jesus himself.

There is suppose to be a leash law in my town, but the town has a population of about 200 people and no police department. The next biggest town has an animal control officer, but they will not come to our town unless it is a rabid animal or someone has been attacked. My son came back from the bus stop this morning and was in tears saying that a dog was growling at him and trying to bite him. I stopped getting ready for work and walked with him down the road. It was a big Bulldog type dog and it was slowly circling us and growling the whole time. I just made sure that neither of us made any sudden moves. I am trying to find out who the dog belongs too, and when I do I want to confront them about this dog. Since there is a leash law they are not suppose to let their dog roam free, but with no animal control I feel like the dog would actually have to bite someone before the local sheriffs department would do anything. How do I confront the owner when I find them?
