I am independent on my poitical views. Why would the Dems (or anyone) try to pass a bill that would have US citizens buy from a foreign country, life-saving drugs, that were manufactured here, at a cheaper price. What is stopping us from buying the drugs from the pharmacy? Maybe there should be companies that are funded to buy and distribute the drugs to the citizens. It seems to me that would help a small percentage of the unemployed and help fuel small businesses, at the same time when businesses are functioning it could be an avenue in the future for a pressure point on the drug companies. Not enabling them to price the drugs in this country at such a high price. Just a thought!

My stepson and I are planning on paying back a bus company on the value of the tickets my 14-year-old stepson has counterfeited to get to school. However, I'm not so sure what is the best way to settle this issue. One, based on what i heard and also observed, the drivers as well as the bus company are mean, in the sense that they curse and yell at student. Im not so sure whether I should settle this in person, but I'm leaning towards that. My stepson fears and is worried about how they will react, considering that they know how he looks like when they caught him using those tickets. Not to mention, we will also be riding that bus to go the company for pay them back. I'm not so sure what to say to them.

What is best way to settle this issue? Should I call them up and offer to pay back or simply mail them a check w/ a apology letter written by my stepson?

I have to make a new country for my project and it says i must put 3 lines of latitude with 10 degress intervals how would i do that and i did do it a certain way for example 10degree,20degree,30degree does that have an outcome on how big my country will have to be drawn. Also what would you name a new country and what kind of flag will it have as well what kind of shape would you draw it.

i just want to hear any complaints you have about any subject. heres my complaint. Why dont they make metal sporks like the plastic ones you get at kfc. if i had metal sporks then i wouldnt need forks and spoons and i would have to worry about having enough of each. cause i always end up with more spoons than forks some how and i just think someone would make alot of money making metal sporks. also i think benny hinn is a bad person with all of his fancy cloths and fancy sets and rich looking friends telling me to send money to them so they can send some cheap *** toys to some third world country and keep all the rest of the money for personal profit.

i have one other friend at school who isnt baptist but grew up with baptist family besides his catholic mom. other than that all of my friends at my school are cathoic. it is soo scaryy b/c none of my friends ever heard of salvation and when i tried explaining it to others it totally went over there heads and they didnt understand how important it was. i understand that its not what they grew upp learning and they have their rights to their beliefs but its so hard. i pray that God will use me to show them the way, but sometimes im scared that that isnt enough. what are some of the ways i can do this. [i am in 8th gradde and my dad is a baptist preacher.]

in my yard. we had them years ago but they disappeared then came back with a vengence last spring. this spring, they're even worse. they come up on the porch too.does anyone know how to get rid of them? i have a young son and a dog so it needs to be safe for them. thanks in advance.

In other words...is it corn? I realize Ethanol is corn based, how is bio diesel different from Ethanol? How much of bio diesel comes from used cooking oil? Or is it mostly bio mass food...that is corn, sugar beets, etc? I am not in favor of the corn subsidies and Ethanol being what the government proposes as the solution to energy problems, but how is bio diesel different or the same in terms of costs to land use, efficiency of what is produced, etc? Ethanol is rather inneficient, no? So what of the production for bio diesel? Is it coming from more energy efficent sources, or is it mostly corn? Thanks.

I stopped taking the pill a month ago, now I'm having headaches, nausea, some cramping (and I don't have my period), and some constipation. My last period was 3 and 1/2 weeks ago (due next week), could this be signs of pregnancy or just pill withdrawal? I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but it may just be too early to tell since I haven't officially missed a period yet. If it's pill withdrawal, how long will it last?
