It's basically Chinese spaghetti. I know that in my area, I can find them in the produce section of my supermarket where you find the Chinese vegetables like bok choy, bean sprouts, ginger, etc. They are fresh in a vacuum sealed package made by Leasa.

Lo mein is a Chinese dish based on stir-fried wheat noodles.
It often contains vegetables and some type of meat or seafood, usually beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp.
Lo mein is soft noodles while its counterpart chow mein is crispy noodles.

Soft cooked noodles, they are stir fried, not crispy fried, then mixed with veggies and/or meat.
