Ok, my son is 7 1/2 weeks old, and has never tasted formula. Well, the pregnancy really messed my insides up, and i have to go for a colonoscopy on tuedays, and i was recently put on the depo shot, which reduced my milk to the point that i only make enough to feed him every hour to two hours.
I have to start taking the laxitives sunday night, which leaves me with no other option then to formula feed temp. I got a gift can of Similac Advanced, and today called and asked how to use it, which i was told if he doesnt deny the bottle to just give it to him blind. well i did, and so far no problems, he can switch between the formula and my breastmilk just fine. Does anyone see any problems with this temp. mix up? i really want to keep breast feeding him, but i am not allowed to with the medicines going through me, which means i cant even pump it, but i can pump and dump to keep my milk supply up right?

I definately think so because of the simple obvious facts. First off, the mother feeds the baby the first nine months on the inside of her body, and she still needs to feed him after he is born. This is evidenced by the fact that women have teats for nursing. In addition since women make the babies, it is only logical that they clean up after them as well. Most importantly, feeding babies and changing their diapers provides wonderful bonding between the mother and child. Men should not steal this cherished oppurtunity away from them. I think that if a mother (or adopted mother) is really sick and no wet nurse can be found, then it would be alright for a man to help feed the baby with a bottle and change a diaper or two. However, this still should definately be considered a woman's job by default. Agreed?

So my wife and I are planning a trip to L.A. sometime this summer. We will be arriving via the Sunset Limited at Union Station. Planning 4 nights in the area.

I have read the recent questions and answers on what to do, see, etc THANKS for some great info to you regulars!

We love architecture, film noir and classic Hollywood, museums, ethnic eats, flea markets and antique/junk shops, etc. Rose bowl flea market?

We plan on a day at Disney and Universal studios. We are daily walkers, 5 miles/day and could easily do 10-12 miles. I plan on getting a car, but would like suggestions on walking tours that don't take us through the ghetto...can we get a car at the train station?

Also, are there any interesting, historic or unique hotels, like restored boutique hotels, located in a good central area? I can budget $150-200 per night

We are not star watchers....I know this is sacriledge in L.A., but I have no interest whatsoever in seeing any famous people who are alive, LOL.

I can't get over it. He was trying to hook up with some other chick and I found something he wrote about her that was written so beautifully, and he never writes things like that about me. What would you do if your husband/wife was doing this?
I found out that my husband was opening profiles for sex dating sites in our area. He looks at porn about 20 times a day. The porn part is fine..i guess...but the fact hat he opened up a personal profile & put info about him and what he wanted in a woman for sex. Said married for a year & looking for a one time sex fling in my area.....it got in detail personally about him self. I want to leave him because of what hes done but hes leaving for a iraq fora year and i dont want to upset him while hes there because of the dangerous mission hes on. What should i do??
I am a great wife to him. i keep up with my body & looks and i try to satisfy him in every way....even if i didnt hes a prick. i asked him about it and he denies it...HELLO???

I have had so many problems with my 5 yr-old custom-made computer, and followed all the advice possible from Yahoo Answers, that I decided to replace Windows 98 with a new XP pgm. I now have the XP discs, have downloaded the pgms and files I want to save, and will soon archive necessary email files to my hard-drive and copy them.

A computer repair friend said I have the memory to download XP without deleting Windows 98 first, but after trying four times and being stopped part-way through, I think I need more advice. I only have one phone line, so I couldn't keep her on the phone while working on it, as the computer had to be online to Microsoft. That is one reason I'm upgrading, so I can sign up with AT&T for a high-speed connection that gives two lines but needs at least Windows 2000.

I'm not a techie, so I worry about ruining the computer when I can't afford another one. Can any of you computer gurus give me advice?

ok, welll i got a filling on my front tooth like a month ago and ever since its ben very sensitive and like 2 nights ago it would hurt wen something cold or w.e touched it and this morning around 5 o clock i woke up because my tooth was hurting and its ben hurting ever since; sometimes it feels like another tooth is hurting also and sumtimes it feels like my whole left side of my face is numb; what could this mean? and what do you think i might have to get done to my tooth; some ppl say i might need a root canal but what worries me about that is that they kill the root of the tooth or w.e and after a while it might fall out and i dont want that because its my front tooth; and whats that thing about dentures mean? and whats getting a crown on your tooth mean ? i really dont get any of that stuff and again about the root canal that reallyy scares me cuz from wat ppl told me im freaked outt & like crying sum say it takes 5 hours sum say itll hurt real bad sum say its hell so yea; im like

Can anyone tell me what the perspex sheet on a sunbed canopy is actually for. I accidently cracked mine and now have a significant hole which has left two tubes partically exposed. Is it still safe to use? (I know no sunbed is safe but you get the idea). Thanks

When I go to the gym, half of my time there is cardio, and half is weights. My goal is to lose a little weight, but mostly look more toned. What will help me attain my goal? Cardio first, followed by lifting weights? Or doing the weight lifting first, and finishing with my cardio workout?
