Look up eyebrowz.com - it has pictures and guidelines.
1] Make sure you have the right kind of tweezer - a good quality, slanted tip tweezer is ideal. Don't use these tweezers for other chores unless you clean them afterward. Be sure you have good lighting and a good mirror.
2] Decide on the shape and thickness before you pluck. If you have very full lips, you may want thicker eyebrows; thin lips, thinner eyebrows.
3] wash and clean your face.
4] I suggest the first time you pluck, since it is a fairly large area, numb the brows with some ice. Apply toner, and more ice if necessary, when finished.
4] after the first time, you only need to do touch-ups once a week or so. Then, I suggest doing it after you bathe.

I'm not sure about websites, but the new way to shape your eyebrows is to take a white eyeliner and make a line in your eyebrows directly above the outside of your nostril. Your arch should start where you make a line from the nostril to the middle of your pupil. The eyebrow should end where you make a line from your nostril to the outside of your eye. Use the white eyeliner to fill in where you don't want brows. Pluck where it's white.

i would suggest having a professional do it the first time and have them create an arch for you, then just do the upkeep on them. when i started first plucking my eyebrows i killed them, i went overboard because i didnt know how to make an arch that fit my face, it was horrible. go to a pro, its only like $12 for the perfect look, and if you can just pluck them to keep the shape you wont have to go in to have them look good.

At target, or Wally World they have these cut out things which are in the shape of eyebrows. All you do is hold one up to your brows and pluck along the lines.

Have you ever heard of threading your eyebrows? It's not something you do yourself but there's someone here that does it for $10 and it lasts 6-8 weeks. I love it.

There are some stores that sell sticker-stensil things that you stick right on the brow, and you just pluck around it!
