We've discussed the house for months, and now I have the $ so we talked to a lawyer today to draw up a contract (I haven't agreed). His stipulations are:
*9% financing 48k over 15 yrs
*$5 per day late fee
*foreclosure in 60 days, rather than 90
*and I'm also not permitted to ever rent the house to anyone.. even if I were to move away and still make payments/kept my own house insurance.
*he had a "sour" face when I said I wanted a home inspection this wk
The owner won't even have the house paid off for 13 yrs bc of a home equity line. Am I better off renting for a few more years and get a mortgage?

abel thing as saying that africans (or arabs) depending on what sect you talk to are cursed because they are descended from cain,I think this is REALY where some of the anomosity against muslims in yahoo answers comes from, anyways, how many christian sects still teach this? I know some of the actively polygymous mormon sects in arizona and utah do, and the southern babtist convention used to,but I think they changed that. and how does a Christian African-american or African christian in general, reconcile these believes,obviously not their own,this is another reason I have a great respect for Islam which teaches EVERYONE is equal, no original sin, no superstitious curses.

i am a very "clean" young woman, especially when i have my period. but even after i take shower and clean myself well, i have a lingering dirty feeling down there. the feeling doesn't stay for very long but it still makes me uncomfortable. this feeling doesn't occur frequently, maybe a few times. and i don't always get this dirty feeling when i am on my period. what can i do/use? are there any home remedies? thank you very much .

So my dorm room is right across the hall from the guys' bathroom (I'm a girl). Our door was open tonight, and one of the guys walked out of the guys' bathroom. I was going to tease him about not wearing a shirt (which we all do because he often doesn't, but that's a different story). I got as far as "woo hoo" when I realized he was only wearing a towel. After that I kinda freaked out and didn't say anything else. I'm SO embarrassed.

I am currently in my last few months of my elementary education. Next year, in high school, i will be playin Freshmen Football. As of now, I am running a mile a day and I am using 5 pounds weights with high reps.Also, I am doing calenstenics such as crunches push-ups etc. What can I do to gain more muscle in my biceps, triceps, forearms, ab, chest, thighs, and legs?

ok i have a specific way i have to eat. Anyone around me with a flipped up sleeve, or inside out hood gets me upset. I can not stand it and i have to fix it. Its soo hard when i dont know the person and cant, i get red faced and cant stop staring at it.
I cant stand it when other people touch my stuff or move it. (going back to other kids changing the clothes on my barbie dolls and having THE most organized locker and desk) Along with others.
My family is selling their house, and my mom came in and moved and took out alot of stuff from my room, and now i seriusly can not sleep in the room and i cry becuase i am sooo mad that it isnt the way i had it (alot of it is becuase i feel like she took stuff i needed, or what if i needed something, mb she threw something away that i need). I am such a wreck!

What can I do?!? I need to sleep and i just cant and i think im on the verge of a breakdown!

i dont want to take medication just any advise on how to get over this would be great!

my wife is starting full time this summer and has applied for fafsa as well

will the amount of money she receive be less than the full available amount because we are married?

my mom is insisting that we should go on a 5 day cruise for our honeymoon. they just got back from one and they absolutely loved it. granted, the idea of a 5 day cruise, and mexico excursion sounds AWESOME. i want to know what else there is to consider? honeymoon budget is $2000, we live in the houston area. and if you went on a cruise for your honeymoon, what did you think? do you wish you would have choosen something else?

-they know that I won't let them preach to my kids so they 'show' my kids with their actions and lifestyle how 'the right way to live' is
-they tell my kids what they 'should, must and ought' to do
-they are fear based and caution my children and cause them to second guess themselves
-they dismiss my chilrens feeling and opinions (and sometimes their precence)
-they are perfectionists and don't let my kid make mistakes without making them feel bad or guilty (again with the 'shoulds and oughts')
-they are really fun and apporving to my kids, and then when my kids do something that crosses their personal opinion, they withdraw the approval and act shocked and give disapproval


-When I ask them to stop, they get upset with me and blame me for raising my kids in a way that I will 'have consequenes'. According to them my 7 year old already has signs of teenage rebellion. My kids are happy, imaginative, do well in school, very well behaved and have great manners.

there really is no good reason for it, but i want to go to China and the orient. i think the culture is so neat....everyone else thinks i am crazy. but i just like the Chinese culuture, i started learning Mandarin, but i had to stop cause i couldnt afford to drive the 100 miles it took to get to the teacher...but that language is so much fun. (at least i thought it was) why?
