I have recently made some money and was thinking of starting up my own business. Any ideas on which field to go into? My experience is in insurance and sales but I fancy doing something different.

Thanks

There is a 17-year-old girl in Ireland who is four months pregnant, but her baby has a disorder in which part of its brain and skull are missing. If it is born it will not live for more than two days. The girl wants to have an abortion, but since this is illegal in Ireland she would have to travel to the UK to have it. She is in the care of the health service, who have contacted the police to stop her from leaving the country.

What do you think of this?

But it stopped the rocket attacks and Hezbollah has been quiet since. And if neighbouring state is attacking you how could they be expected not to attack back.

During a phone conversation several months ago, he asked, "Dad, you know I'm not what someone would call a religious person. But, do you think there is any connection between the school shootings and the removal of prayer from school? When you were a kid, (I'm 51) they didn't have mass killings but the school day was started with prayer. Now, there is no prayer, but there are shootings."

The question I'm asking is there any connection between the massacres we are experiencing today and the removal of prayer in our public schools?

does the bible not say, do not judge? where in the bible does it say that you have the right to condemn (for example) a muslim to hell for being classified as a muslim instead of a christian?
i thought that believing in the one ultimate god was what mattered? if a muslim believes in the one ultimate god and a christian believes in the one ultimate god, dont they both believe in the one ultimate god? and beings there only is ONE ultimate god, doesnt that mean they both believe in the same one?

I can't believe it's already May and I feel like this year has hardly been productive at all but at the same time, looking back, I've had some amazing experiences this year so far. 2007, not so bad after all.

What about you?

My husband and I have just found out, by accident, that we are having a girl.

He has a son from a previous relationship, and was kind of hoping for a boy this time. I think it has more to do with the fact that he knows what to expect with a boy - having been there before.

Anyway, he kind of feels strange about having a girl. He says he doesn't know what to do with a girl. I think he feels awkward about the diaper changes etc....

Is that an odd/unusual reaction?

He's a wonderful dad to his son and I know he will be a fantastic father to our daughter, but I think he feels awkward about certain aspects of the whole baby girl thing.

He's the type of person who exercises alot of respect and discretion when it comes to women. He won't even come into the bathroom if I'm having a tinkle because he just thinks it's disrespectful.

Any comments?

Any suggestions on how to put his mind at ease?

I think overall he's mainly nervous of unfamiliar territory.

Thanks!
