no it's because they're more into porn than any other nation and so people see them undressed and wearing skimpy clothes more that any other nations girls

They are thinner and more fit in general, because their society is not nearly as consumer oriented as the US, so they tend to consume less, not only in terms of food but consumer goods in general. Also, owning a car is incredibly expensive in most eastern european countries. That coupled with the fact that the land area is quite small, many people walk or ride bikes rather than drive. Since non-motorized transport is a common mode of transportation, they tend to be less lazy.
Also, Holland has a much more socially liberal, less repressed society than our own. This 'hotness' of which you speak has a great deal to do with their attitude, as much as superficial appearance. Public nudity does not have the stigma it does in the US, and television regularly has shows with total nudity. Pornography and prostitution are legal and regulated. Women who are open and comfortable with their sexuality generally exude more of a sensuous vibe than their socially repressed judeo/christian-guilt addled counterparts in the US.
Over here, we have guns and fast cars, over there, they have legal drugs, drinking, and sex. Who do _you_ think is less stressed out?
