Yes, I am breastfeeding :) I know it's the best way to lose the weight. I'm 7 month post partum. I lost 27 pounds in the first 2 months and then just STOPPED. It was going so quick and I was so excited because I was losing it so fast. But I've hit a wall now and still need to lose 10 pounds, preferable 10-15 but at least 10.
Right now I'm eating pretty much whatever I want and whenever I want because I've been worried about not eating enough, or not eating the right things...so I've pretty much been including EVERYTHING in my diet (including junk food, though I know I don't need that, lol).
Can anyone give me a day by day, weeks or months worth, of a diet fit for a breastfeeding mom? I'm 5'3" and about 125 lbs at the moment. The right calory intake would help me too. I don't get much exercise, in case you needed to know that. My daughter has allergies so I don't get outside much.
