what you are talking about sounds like the commonwealth that England used to have.
other than that, in the world forum, it would be crazy not to have alliances. if anything, Canada is part of N A T O.
there is a free trade agreement though Canada to Mexico.
what you proclaim is news to me.

This is a general reference to NAFTA Free Trade agreement.
HOWEVER! It is a question that sounds like it is right off a popular SCAM! Is this some sort of immigration questionnaire for a hotel job??? That is a scam to get you to fill out the form and pay your fee, and that is the last you will hear from them. It should be suspicious just how the question is poorly worded, and how it gets you dreaming. Then I am telling you it isn't very accurate, and isn't the type of question you would see on a immigration form.
