For example if a man says to his girl, "Hey sweetie, why don't you be a good girl and fix me something to eat?" or "Sweetie, I'm the one who wears the pants in this family and you need to be a good girl and do what I tell you to do." I have to say, sometimes I have to applaud those parts because there aren't many movies today with any redeeming value whatsover. I find it refreshing when they have something good in them like that. I wish more people in the theater would so we could send a message to hollywood that they need more movies with men like that.

I'm friends with this boy who I don't know very well, but we've hung out once and he's really nice. We talk a lot and have a lot in common. He broke up with this girlfriend a while ago, and said he was completely over it. For while, they were friends on eachother's Myspace, but they it looked like one deleted the other. Just yesterday, I went to his profile and noticed she is now number one, but he is not on hers. When I asked him if they were back together, he said no. Why should I do? I know I need some form of help. I have no trust when it comes to my husband. When we were in counseling before I couldn't even fall back into his arms. Everytime he is late or I can't get a hold of him I assume he is cheating on me. It is ruining us. I don't know if I go see a physciatrist or my regular doctor or what. A 2.0kg wood block hangs from the bottom of a 1.0kg, 1.0m long rod. The block and rod form a pendulum that swings on a fricitionless pivot at the top end of the rod. A 10g bullet is fired into the block, where it sticks, causing the pendulum to swing out to a 30 degree angle. What is the speed of the bullet? You can treat the wood block as a particle.

I have done a ballistic physics problem like this before but never one where the rod has mass. So how would I do this and incorporate the rod?
