hi, if i were traveling with a 9 moth yr old baby i whould go to harveys and buy the pack of water that contains 24 bottels { buy as many as u need probably 3 pks depends on how long you are staying the reason i say this much is b/c you should not drink the water neither.} in it and buy some formula from the u.s. not out of the country. { powderd formula}.

where are you coming from - anyways I will try and answer your questions
1. honestly dont know what HKSA stands for never heard of it but Australia yeah - cmon down
2. travelling with a 9 mnth old and formula - buy a few tins of formula whilst you are travelling anything could happen
3. tap water is everywhere - even though australia is experiencing the worst drought on record - we still do have tap water around - and there is nothing wrong with it

Don't know about Hong Kong or South Africa but water is safe and if no sma plenty of other suitable formulas.

I cannot comment on water quality in Hong Kong or South Africa but tap water in Australia is safe to drink anywhere in the country. It varies in flavour with Adelaide, for instance, having somewhat muddy water but it is all safe to drink.
