Sir, you have a lot of nerve asking not only for instructions to grow an illegal substance, but to add insult to our intelligence you beg for us not to turn you in for abuse.
Why ask the question when you have a computer and can get the answer yourself?

What you do is your own busisness....But be verry carefull when looking online about this subject....The feds cant shut the sites that cater to this subject doun....But they do monitor who comes and goes off these sites....As well as what they order off them...You can buy everything from growing devices to seeds ....just cause its online dosent mean its legal to posses......if you play this game the end result will be to be placed on a watch list as a possible cultivator.....Trust me i know !!!!!!!!

indoor or outdoor? The techniques are pretty varied depending on where you grow.some just sprout the seeds and then plant them in local forests, when they bud they harvest them. Its a weed and really does not require a lot of care if planted outdoors.I assume you are doing this to make rope, because any other use is illegal.

It grows fairly easily enough, you sow the seeds in a bag of potting soil and wait. Your problem is that all plants need a lot of light and that would mean planting them outside. And then people see ... and tell !!
