So I have the D-Link DGL-4300 after a friend recommended it to me to use it for gaming. I also do alot of downloading of big files and torrents and such. Do I need a 108g desktop adapter to utilize the 108g speed if my computer is hard wired to the router?

Shouldn't we have curfews in the UK that mean children aged 8-11 are indoors or in the company of an adult by 8pm and 11-15 year olds by 9pm? Enforced by law, fining or imprisoning parents. What do you think, would it work? Is it a good idea?

I have grown up Catholic and gone to church every sunday, he was baptized Catholic but his famiy never went, so now he never goes. He's got his own relationship with God outside of a church and doesn't have a label for his faith (he says). He disagrees with things in the Catholic church but goes with me occasionally now and has said he would go with me our and future kids sometimes but he'll never be a "Catholic". When it comes to marriage he barely agreed to marry me in the Catholic church, now he thinks the preparation classes they ask you to take before the big day are absurd. I feel I could probably convince him after stressing how important it is to me, but I feel bad, I want him to be happy at his own wedding. Is it wrong of me to expect him to follow through with all the necessary steps in order to have a Catholic wedding?

On campus today there were tons of people signing a petition to ban smoking on campus. I got to thinking, hey; I don't smoke, so maybe I should sign it. You know, I do hate the smell and smoking kills so... WAIT!!! When did it become OK to try to take away other people's rights just because YOU don't personally like or partake in those rights? I would not sign a petition like that, would you?

How is the following logic?
1) I'm not gay, being gay is gross to me, so gay people should not be allowed to get married.
2) I don't own a gun, I think guns are evil; so no one should be allowed to own a gun
3) I don't drink, I think drinking is bad; so we should not sell alcohol in my county.

In all reality:
I may not smoke, but I do drink so I sure as hell wouldn't like someone to sign a petition to ban alcohol simply because they don't like it. I'm not gay but I sure wouldn't want someone to take my gun away because they don't agree with it.

The year the wife was abandoned, she was able to claim her daughter as a dependent and also filed as HOH. The following year the daughter was only in school 4 months (not the required 5 to be a qualified child.) In this case would the wife file as Single or MFS?

okay, it wasn't the battery or alternator; the mechanic just called me....rod and /or engine bearings blown; I can 1) junk it; 2) replace engine with GM re-built $4700 with 3year 100,000 mile warranty or 3) replace with used engine $3,250 - with 55,000 miles on it...1 year 24000 miles parts and labor warranty.....

My husband and I have been married for nearly 6 years now and last week I found something quite disturbing. While cleaning and organizing (I'm a stay at home mom, I do it all day long, no I wasn't snooping) I found a note he had wrote to my best friend telling her that he has feelings for her and wants her to be happy. He never lets her know who he is nor does he say he wants a relationship with her. He just says he wants her to be happy and that he wants to be happy. Then at the end of the letter he leaves his cell phone number. I confronted him about it and he says it was just therapeutic and he only did it to get her out of his mind and that ever since then things have been better he just hasn't had a chance to get rid of it without me seeing it. I know what hes going through as I have gone through something very similar and he was very understanding. We are working through it but the problem is I have told my friend about it but didn't tell her it was her. Shoud I? Why or why not??

A few hours ago I read my favorite book again. Then I ate a banana and drank a glass of milk. Then I called my friend and we talked for an hour until I had to clean my room.

Right now I am watching one of my favorite television shows. And I am also looking through a magazine and listening to my iPod. I finished my homework and am now relaxing.

Tomorrow I will probably go bowling or shopping with some of my friends. And I might also sleep over my friend's house or she might sleep over mine. Later I am going to the movie's with a few of my friends.
