This is not a joke question. I am wondering if I can put myself into a better mood by listening to music, and how I can go about it, just by myself, without consulting anyone.

I once did some childcare for a screen writer...and I remember he seemed really adamant about me knowing what he did for a living..(which was screen writing for big t.v. shows, like Mash, and Cheers, and more!) I decided to become a thorn in his side..and NOT want or wish to hear what he was saying...as well as just say "so?" Or "Oh, that's okay!"(He was pretty upset! I really made him unhappy! He was trying too hard to try to make me impressed...I was impressed, but, heck if I was going to admit that to a "snob" like him! LOL!)
He also really wanted to show me the little cottage out in their back yard(which,I thought I would have loved to be in, myself) but, he would write all of his scripts out there....the cottage,had a sun roof or something! It was rather cool! I liked it...but, I didn't want for him to know that I liked it! I just hated his "I am soooo wonderful attitude"! It made me sick!

my 2 greys(yes here i go again) are on a semi barf diet ....soaked food at lunch and raw for tea and i want to swap them completly to raw....bit of maths needed here am afraid so does any one no how much meat a day a 31kg and a 30kg greyhound will need?calculations on the barf web are a tad confusuing and maths aint my strong point!!! they are fed 400gdry aday(31kg grey) and 250g dry aday(30kg female)will the ammount of meat be the same or will it be less than the ammounts they are getting in the dry? So, I'm a freelance employee. An my last client didn't ask me to fill out a 1099--he just paid my invoice in full. When it comes to taxes next year, I assume I'll pay both taxes and SS... but how do I figure that out? Shouldn't the client offer a 1099, or is there a way to do this without? Other helpful info--I'm not an LLC or any other legal company. Just a person doing some stuff. ;)

I thought I was supposed to be the superior creature in the relationship between cat and human - how wrong was I?!!!

Cracker (my cat) is totally in charge all the time! I really noticed it last night when he was snuggled up to me in bed. I really wanted to move as I was uncomfortable, but I didn't in case I disturbed him!!!!

But he thinks nothing of walking all over me and nibbling my ears when I'm sleeping!!

Anyone else owned by their cat?!
