I have 3 cats who have always gotten along great. One of my kittens was at the vet over the weekend and was very sick - and still is sick but slowly getting better. I brought my kitten home last night and he went up to both my other cats and they both hissed at him and wont let him near them. Isn't it true that cats will hiss at a dying animal? Any advice is appreciated :(

According to the classical model of materiality, all matter is made up from an indivisible substance. Therefore our definition of materiality is based on this idea that at root matter is substance, something physical with three dimensions. If this is no longer true, does it mean there is no matter, as understood in the classical sense? I’m no scientist; therefore I would appreciate a simple explanation as to the nature or properties of matter as understood today, related to the classical understanding of matter.

I have over 20+ sprinklers on my lawn and i have read in Scott's Lawn Care book that i need to lay down 1 inch of water per week for it to remain healthy.

I have 5 fe male guppies and i think 3 of them are pregnant i have had them for nearly a month and when i got them they were big and fat and their gravid spot was dark but they still havnt given birth whats wrong and my other female she is fat but no gravid spot but she has been hiding for a week and hasnt come up to eat do you think she lost the babies and now she will die and my othe female gave birth the next day after buying her i think she gave birth prematurly she is still big with gravid spot 1 of them is almost square shape and has a huge belly with almost very dark spot so my quaetion is when will they give birth ? and what is wrong with them ? thanks

Kinda hard to believe anything MAN has to say. I will sit back and watch all you Christians panic on this question. A book that was compile from 1200bc to 1200 ad according to Christian history, must be pretty fallible considering MAN, you know the guy with SIN, wrote it!

If GOD had written the bible himself and threw it down from heaven for us to read i could understand. But man? Get out of town Charlie Brown, you might as well tell me GOD invented (wrote) the INTERNET. I will be amazed at the thumbs down and the naysaying christians who read this and then spam religious quotes to prove its worth. Have fun and remember, if you havent heard it from GOD himself, its more than likely a lie.

my entire family is catholic, but i am so skeptical about all these religions. i havent been to mass in years. they (religions) cant all be right. i have muslim friends, jewish friends, friends that dont believe in anything. i am a non religous person but i am ready to accept the lord. what do i do?

I have been taking codeine 30mg, for over 10 years due to the pain of 'endometriosis' and have suffered with the associated bowel problems because of this. I have only been able to cut down on the codeine when pregnant, ( my doctor warned against stopping completely, as withdrawal may cause miscarriage).
Lately, I have been suffering horrific bowel cramps, sickness and other horrible symptoms (which I won't go into on here!)
I have been for the 'magic-eye' for the bleeding and pain, (the endometriosis caused the bowel to become 'stuck' to the uterus, and was separated surgically) which was inconclusive, but needs further investigation.
I am afraid to tell the doctor how bad it has got as he may stop giving me the painkillers (yes, looks like I'm addicted).
In the past, the pain has been so bad, the doctors have come out to give me 'anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory injections with morphine'. Today, bad pain again.
I'm scared that I've caused irreversible damage, what can I do

Ok, so I was married to my hero and the love of my life on 1/1/07 exactly one year and one day after we met. We just wanted to have a court house wedding with only our parents there on Camp Pendleton, CA and have a bigger wedding later. I am from Northern California, and my husband's from Wisconsin. My mom pitched a fit about a courthouse wedding, and bullied me into a big wedding. The whole time she complained about how much money they were spending, and made me feel bad when the total came out to over $30,000.

The thing is though that I only got to pick out my veil, the flowers that my brides maids and I carred, the bride's maids dresses, and the cake. My mom picked out the rest (including not allowing me to wear my dream dress). She invited all of her friends and my family, and sent out invets to my husband's family only because she "had" to.

We were married in San Francisco, and only my husband's parents and grandparents made it. The whole wedding screamed my mom.

My Broadband contract is ending in next month and the Broadband staff call up and telling me to renew the contract.
I agreed to renew and will start with the new plan in the end of next month.
But now, I felt regret for signing up the renew contract.

If I want to cancel the renew contract, as it not yet start running, will I be penalty?

I have an ear infection which was diagnosed on Friday. It is the ear canal that is infected. The pain and deafness started on Tuesday. When the Doc looked in my ear she said it was full of pus that is why I am deaf and that it would start to drain out. Well I've not had any drainage yet but the hearing has improved a bit. It feels like it's still in there but feel wet like water trapped. I'm also getting clicking noises. Why isn't it draining?
I really don't think it has drained at night, I have checked the pillow and my ear is completely dry.

Vlad, a son of hereditary underlords in the Moldovan Region Ukraine, sought to keep his people free from the rule and interference of the Turk's and Catholic Church.
